Amazingly Huge!
These are about 3 1/2 feet tall. I made the the big feathers at the bottom out of fabric because I have not been able to locate any birds big enough to donate real ones...
They are not very heavy but because of the size and to prevent sliding, I made a fully adjustable 4-point harness. My next version will be slimmed down and just have shoulder straps.

And since you havn't been able to locate feathers big enough for the bottom ones I won't either for Maleficent. Do you have any tips on how to make them?
